Uncle Frank and CoCo Chanel

The little black dress has been around since the 1920′s when French fashion designer CoCo Chanel designed a practical and simple dress that became iconic. It is usually an evening dress or cocktail dress.
This “day ensemble” designed by CoCo Chanel about 1927 is silk, wool and metal. The dress became a classic as seen in “Sabrina” in 1954, Audrey Hepburn wore a beautiful dress designed by Givenchy.
The LBD is versatile and can be dressed up or down. We have several little black dresses in our store. This one is a fun and playful little dress designed by Uncle Frank.
All of the dresses we carry are perfect for a holiday party. We have dresses designed by Yumi, Dzhavael, Kensie, Hazel and Darling. You can find them in the store and our online shop at rickrackboutique.com.
